SEPTEMBER 25,   the AUC Analytical Center took part in the coordination meeting of non-governmental public organisations working with the parliament in the area of the national legislation.  The event was organised by the Parliamentary Development Program (PDP ІІ).

The participants discussed the outcomes of the 9^thsession of the parliament and identified the priorities for the 10^thsession.  

The AUC representative presented DIALOGUE activities under the “Legal Framework” component and expressed the opinion of the AUC concerning the following:

- necessity of amending the 2012 State Budget in the part dealing with the 100% financial support to local governments to assist in implemented the authority delegated by the central government; and,

- lobbying for the approval of the Draft Law “On Delineation of State-Owned and Communally-Owned Lands”.
