JANUARY 24,   an AUC budget expert took part in the event organised by the Council of Europe “enhancing the Institutional Capacity of Local Governments in Ukraine” Programme.  Representatives from cities and programme experts discussed the implementation of the “Evaluation of the Local Government Finance System” programme component.

Following the discussion, the participants developed the indicators to evaluate budget planning.
