JANUARY 23,   the web-site of the Verkhovna Rada published the Draft Law “On Amending Certain Legislation Concerning the Identification of Boundaries of the Adjacent Territory” (#9370).  The document was prepared by the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine. The purpose of the document is to unify and stipulate in the legislation the term of “adjacent territory” because this would help to identify such territories adjacent to apartment blocks.  The current legislation and regulations provide different interpretations of this term.

The AUC concurred with this Draft Law without reservations.
