FEBRUARY 6,    the parliament registered the Draft Law “On Amending the Budget Code of Ukraine” (concerning the mechanism of collections to Oblast Budget Basket Two) (#9797). The purpose of the amendments is to improve Oblast Budget Basket Two through collecting license and certificate fees. The additional resource will go to provide the financial support to investment projects, with primary focus given to infrastructure projects.
