Priority projects: 

1. Major repairs (thermal modernization) of the building for internally displaced persons of the Social Hotel with the arrangement of the simplest shelter    

2. Major repairs of the rehabilitation, health improvement and recreation department     

3. Construction of the "Cosy House" boarding house for veterans and internally displaced persons (200 places) 

Additional peculiarities of the municipality:

Uman is located in the center of Ukraine. The city is known for the famous National Arboretum "Sofiyivka" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, one of the best parks in Europe. Uman is a center of pilgrimage for Bratslav Hasidim - an average of about 35 thousand people visit them every year
