Biloberizka municipality, a highland cluster in Ivano-Frankivsk region, uses its strategic geostrategic position directly bordering Romania along a pristine 60-kilometre mountain corridor. The municipality's economy is anchored by rich natural resources, with sustainable forestry covering 70% of its territory and a highly successful wood-processing sector that has transitioned into the circular economy through the export of European-standard biofuels. Operating with advanced spatial transparency, the local administration is actively integrating its urban planning documentation into the State Urban Planning Cadastre to ensure seamless, legally secure land allocation for potential partners.
Benefiting from a skilled workforce with extensive European labour experience, Biloberizka has built a proven track record of institutional capacity by co-funding major initiatives with elite international partners, including the Swiss-Ukrainian DECIDE Project and German Financial Cooperation through KfW. The municipality systematically implements barrier-free public infrastructure, modernising its educational institutions, and actively prioritising investments in eco-friendly livestock networks, cross-border logistics, and dedicated veteran rehabilitation facilities. For international donors and private investors, Biloberizka offers an exceptionally transparent, high-readiness platform positioned to secure sustainable development, flood-mitigation infrastructure, and green public-private partnerships.
