Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
Malynivka municipality, located in Kharkiv region, has a highly strategic position just 7 km from Chuhuiv and 46 km from Kharkiv city. The area benefits from brilliant transport links, with both the Kyiv–Kharkiv–Dovzhansky and Chuhuiv–Milove highways passing directly through the territory, running alongside a local railway line and station.
The local council has already designated two prime, vacant municipal land plots specifically for international investors and developers. This includes a commercial plot right next to the H26 national highway, as well as a large greenfield site earmarked for the "Malynivka – Eco" Industrial Park. The concept for this eco-park features specialized zones for a logistics hub, food and biotech manufacturing, and eco-friendly packaging production. For international donors and partners, this municipality offers a well-connected, ready-to-go platform for industrial modernisation and sustainable economic recovery.
