Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
Novoarkhanhelsk municipality, located in the western part of Kirovohrad region, is a well-connected agricultural area positioned directly on the international M30 highway (Stryi–Izvaryne), which forms a vital east-west transit corridor across Ukraine.
The local economy is predominantly driven by crop production and food processing, supported by expansive areas of fertile black soil (chernozem) and a network of active farming enterprises. The municipality features developed water resources, including the Synyukha River, which holds potential for local irrigation, processing infrastructure, and small-scale eco-tourism.
The local council focuses on improving rural public services and upgrading basic utilities, with current priorities centered on energy efficiency, the modernisation of local educational and medical facilities, and waste management. For international donors and investors, this stable central-Ukrainian municipality offers a practical and low-risk platform for sustainable agricultural development and infrastructure investment.
