Additional peculiarities of the municipality:

The municipality is located in the southern part of the Kyiv region on the right bank of the Dnipro. The distance to the capital city of Ukraine by road is 126 km. The community consists of 35 localities, including one town (administrative centre of Tarashcha) and 34 villages.
