Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
The municipality has a well-developed agricultural sector, significant potential for renewable energy, and is home to one of Ukraine’s largest biogas plants. The municipality is actively engaged in international cooperation and climate initiatives such as the Covenant of Mayors. Currently, Teofipol municipality is focused on attracting investments in renewable energy and the circular economy (including the development of the industrial park “Teofipol Eco Park”), implementing energy-efficient solutions to reduce budget expenditures, and protecting the environment.
