Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
The municipality is located just 40 km south of the capital along the major H-01 highway. Positioned on the right bank of the Dnipro River, it features passenger and cargo railway stations alongside excellent river logistics and eco-tourism potential. As a vital industrial hub for the region, the municipality is successfully balancing its heavy industrial heritage in energy and metalworking with a rapidly growing food processing and light industry sector.
