Verkhnodniprovsk has a diversified economy that successfully blends strong agricultural assets with major industrial enterprises in metallurgy, machine-building, and food production. The community features a robust agricultural network composed of 24 enterprises, 28 farms, and three grain elevators, alongside successfully integrated relocated businesses such as Donmet LLC. To serve its residents and over 5,200 internally displaced persons, the municipality maintains a comprehensive social infrastructure, including 10 lyceums, an Administrative Service Centre, and dedicated medical and psychosocial care facilities. On the international stage, the community has built a proven track record of cooperation, notably maintaining a fruitful municipal partnership with the City of Bocholt in Germany alongside joint initiatives with UNICEF and the IOM. Looking ahead, this resourceful and proactive municipality represents an excellent partner for international donors, actively seeking investments in renewable energy, waste management, veteran rehabilitation, and the expansion of local export opportunities.
