Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
Administrative center of the municipality is Chornobayivka village. The community consists of 10 inhabited areas.
The Chornobayivka municipality is located between the city of Kherson and Mykolaiv region, and has road, rail, and air connections. Before the full-scale russian aggression, Chornobaivka could be identified as a residential district of Kherson. The majority of the municipality's land is agricultural, with the possibility of irrigation.
Since May 2023, the village of Posad-Pokrovske has been included in the pilot project "Build Back Better" initiated by the President of Ukraine to restore the village.
After 9 months of occupation by russian troops, the territory of the Chornobaivka municipality was demined, critical infrastructure and socially important facilities were restored, and human capital was involved. Employees of the Chornobaivka village council have positive experience in implementing recovery and development projects.
