Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
The local economy is driven by agriculture and agro-processing, highlighted by commercial fruit juice production and high potential for berry farming and greenhouse projects. For international investors, the municipality offers vacant land plots and inactive industrial sites ideal for greenfield and brownfield developments in manufacturing, logistics, and renewable energy. The local administration is highly experienced in international grant management, having partnered with USAID, GIZ, and U-LEAD to implement major energy efficiency projects, including a 90 kW solar power plant at the local hospital. Additionally, the municipality is finalising its updated Development Strategy and offers excellent cultural tourism opportunities through its historic wooden churches and the "Shpakiv Way" regional tourist route.
