Priority projects: 

1. Major renovation of the maternity ward (5th floor) of the maternity building of the Perinatal Center 

2. New construction of a Central Heating Substation (CHS) with the installation of circulation pumps for the heating network 

3. Reconstruction of the SP-17 sewage pumping station

Additional peculiarities of the municipality:

Kremenchuk municipality is an important industrial and logistical center in central Ukraine, strategically located along the Dnipro River. Despite the challenges caused by russia’s full-scale aggression, the municipality strives to preserve and develop critical infrastructure, continues to support internally displaced persons (IDPs), ensures the operation of key medical institutions, and actively contributes to national resilience.

Kremenchuk demonstrates effective local leadership, strong crisis management, and a proactive approach to recovery. The municipality is implementing a number of infrastructure recovery projects via the DREAM platform, focusing on healthcare, energy efficiency, and the quality of public services.

As a rear-area municipality, Kremenchuk is ready to play a key role in Ukraine’s sustainable recovery by fostering partnerships with international stakeholders and applying innovative approaches.
