Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
Kremenets municipality is a beautiful historical and educational centre. The local economy relies heavily on farming, with over 70% of the land used for agriculture alongside local companies that freeze and process fruits and berries.
Logistically, it is located right on the M19 international highway and has its own freight railway station, making transport across western Ukraine very straightforward. The area is also famous for the Kremenets Mountains and rich mineral deposits like limestone and clay, which offer great potential for green tourism and manufacturing. With a strong track record of working with partners in Poland, Italy, and Germany, the municipality is looking for international donors to help with infrastructure modernisation, green energy, and local business support.
