Lebedyn municipality is located just 49 km from the regional capital and benefits from excellent transport links, including its own railway station. The local economy is built on a solid foundation of farming, forestry, food processing, and an active small business sector.
The municipality has excellent investment appeal due to its vacant land plots and former industrial sites that are completely ready for development or construction. Key growth areas include crop processing, manufacturing, renewable energy, and the setup of new logistics hubs. The local council is highly proactive, offering strong administrative support and working closely with international donors to secure grants, create jobs, and drive infrastructure modernisation.
