Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
Liubeshiv municipality, located in the northern part of Volyn region within the historic Polissia area, boasts exceptional natural and environmental value. Nearly half of the municipality’s territory is covered by dense forests, and a significant portion sits within the protected Prypiat–Stokhid National Nature Park, offering incredible opportunities for sustainable forestry, bioenergy, and eco-tourism. Agriculture also plays a major role, with over 31% of the land perfectly suited for modern farming, livestock breeding, and commercial berry cultivation. The local economy is backed by active small businesses, a reliable network of schools and hospitals, and a strong local workforce. The local administration is highly proactive and eagerly welcomes international donors to cooperate on environmental preservation, infrastructure modernisation, and green energy projects.
