Additional peculiarities of the municipality:

The Myrhorod municipality is one of the key communities in Poltava Oblast that combines historical heritage and modern development. It consists of the city of Myrhorod and 36 villages. Myrhorod is a resort of national importance and an international tourist center due to its unique mineral waters. The favorable location in the center of Ukraine promotes the development of industry, agribusiness, tourism and recreation.

The municipality is home to about 3,000 businesses, particularly in the food, machine-building and woodworking sectors. Thanks to economic diversification and investment activity, Myrhorod community is a driver of regional development and an important participant in the post-war recovery process.

The municipality has a well-developed social infrastructure, including 15 secondary schools, 6 kindergartens, 3 out-of-school institutions, 4 vocational education institutions, 1 higher education institution, 2 medical institutions and almost 80 sports facilities, including stadiums, playgrounds, sports schools and halls. The cultural life of the municipality is supported by 32 cultural institutions, including libraries, cultural centers, museums and creative centers.
