Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
Prymorsk municipality, historically centered along the northern coastline of the Sea of Azov in the Zaporizhzhia region, possesses a highly specialized natural, ecological, and recreational asset base. Prior to the full-scale invasion and subsequent temporary military occupation of its home territory, Prymorsk operated as a prominent maritime health-tourism and resort cluster. The local council had structurally geared its long-term economic development toward high-value ecotourism, green hospitality infrastructure, and international biodiversity conservation initiatives.
Currently, the municipal administration maintains its legal and operational capacity in displacement, focusing on strategic recovery mapping and post-deoccupation planning. For international organisations, environmental donors, and sustainable development funds, this coastal municipality offers a distinct, resource-mapped platform for long-term investments in marine ecosystem restoration, renewable energy, and modern climate-resilient resort infrastructure.
